Live Scan applicants must bring a valid ID card, Drivers License, or Passport, and two (2) completed copies of the Request for Live Scan Service form (BCIA 8016). Blank forms are not provided by or available in the Live Scan office. Failure to bring these items will result in a denial for Live Scan service.

Federal Bureau of Investigations (FBI): $17
Live Scan Processing Fee: $20
Total $69.00. While often paid by the agency you will be employed with, some applicants may be required to pay this fee themselves, please check with your requesting agency. Fees are not refundable.
